The SCAPHON Executive Board is made up of 7 positions, each dedicated to a specific area of this organization. Those positions are: President, Treasurer, Secretary, Conference Planning Chair, Quarterly Planning Chair, Scholarship and Awards Chair, and Community Service Chair. The SCAPHON Appointed Board positions are the Bylaws Chair/Conference Contracts Coordinator, Fundraising and Exhibitor Chair, Historian, Membership Chair, Nominations and Election Chair, Quarterly Program Assistant, SCOOP Editor, and Website Coordinator. The SCAPHON Conference and Fundraiser Committee are dedicated SCAPHON members/volunteers.
The SCAPHON Board Members meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The focus of these meetings are to plan activities, educational programs, quarterly meetings, and the annual regional conference.
